Can't start game anymore

Was able to play fine yesterday, but today when loading the client I get an error in a windows box titled Exception which reads

"Metadata/Particles/cargohold/under/waterdrips_clustered.pet": Unable to load particle template. While loading emitter 1

Edit: Fixed. For anyone having this problem run in admin mode. and restart your computer.

Attempted to start the game and it pops up error box-

Clientexe-System Error
" The program can't start because dbghelp.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. {windows 7 pc, was previously running the game just fine previous to this weekend.}

also note game is also on 2nd pc here and error that pops up on it is:
"Your pack file has become corrupted. currently the only way to fix this is to delete Content.ggpk and download it again by running the client." {running windows vista, was running the game just fine previously to this past weekend.}

and round and round we go, can't run it ( client.exe) to get a so called fix as clients won't run it seems.

I can not believe that two diff pc's /two diff game installs would both be having problems at that same time if it were just on that pc's end. Would think maybe there is more problems on the client/server end? (( and each with various different error pop ups))

Also do you have download links to fix just these files, where the entire download does NOT have to be done again since they are NOW very large downloads?

How tight to each account is the packs folder/file // help.dll file tied in? Can we take the files from each of the pc's and get to work you think? Not sure how tied into each account this is. Still wonder if attempting that would just muddy it all that much more, if the issue is bigger then just our pc's here.

If we can't get smaller download fixes, it would seem this is going to be another game fallen by the wayside since it is now having these issues and problems.
