minor quest panel bug

After scrolling to the right, clicking empty space on the scroll bar moves the scroll indicator but doesn't actually cause the quest icons to scroll (have to click on the indicator and drag it).

I would also like to say that the rightmost completed quest icon is not fully shown, as seen in the picture.
