Orb of chance question

Since I have been finding very few orbs of alchemy I have started thinking about using more orbs of chance. Has it been determined what % chane you have of getting a rare, and what % chance of getting just a magic item?

As far as I recall the chance to get a rare is 10%. I do not know the chance to get a unique, but it is greater than zero (as long as a unique of the item type you are using the orb on is in the game).
