Blight Scarab+Map with blight encounter enchant not working together

I used a Gilded Blight scarab with a lookout map with the blight encounter enchant and it only had one blight encounter in it even when saying in the mod list
"Area contains 2 additional blight encounters"





The image has the map fully explored and all monsters killed.
