missing loading screen file

my game crashes on the initial loading screen and I get the message: error opening file: Metadata/UI/LoadingState/LoadingScreen.ui
right after installing the 0.9.9 patch i got a different error saying some dagger file (it was very long) didnt have a physical file so i uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and got the error above. |

Try running the Pack Check, which you can find at the top of this Bug Reports forum.
