The webstie doesn't recognise my email address?!

I have recieved an email from Noreply@pathofexile saying that im now included into the beta.

However, when I try to log in, the website doesn't recognise my email address, even though it has sent me an email.

All I get when i try to log in is "Invalid login" and when I try to recover password it says "email address not found" even though it has send me an email...

I am using a friends account to post in the hope that someone can help.

4 things to try....

1) Make sure the Capslock is off.
2) Hold the RightShift key and count to 40. (Windows Sticky Keys)
3) Use a different Browser.
4) Does it have an option to recover using Account name instead of Email?

If on a Laptop, make sure the FN lock is turned off.

I've made sure caps is off
I've turned sticky keys off
I've tried logging in with google chrome and internet explorer
Unfortunatly it doesnt appear to have the option to recover with an account name.

Im on a desktop so fn isnt an issue and yet still no luck. :/

Any other advice?

<-- That's a good idea. You might want to open the email, copy/paste the email-address from the "To:"-field directly into the box on the site. Make sure there are no trailing spaces. You might have made a typo when first entering your email-address. Some email-providers correct small mistakes and deliver the email anyway, but if you don't fill in the exact email-address in PoE, it will not work.
