No Damage Penalty for Power Siphon/Frenzy with Multiple Projectiles

Under the Character Sheet I see no decrease in damage for Power Siphon or Frenzy when they're connected to Lesser Multiple Projectiles with my Wand Witch.
In fact now that the gem is lvl 2 they get the +2% damage bonus, but not the -30% damage penalty.
Freezing Pulse still gets the decrease under the Character Sheet.

Same thing with thunder strike. It has 50% less damage, connected with greater multiple projectiles still has 50% damage reduction - imo it should be 75%
