Heist Members Missing

My heist members are still missing other than karst isla and tibbs. I saw in the patchnotes this was fixed but my harbor still missing the crew. I also cannot join a new instance of the harbor either.

cant even do a grand heist cuz im missing some. |

nevermind. i just had to run contracts to find other guys sorry for this post. hope this helps others
