Windowed Fullscreen Glitched with Dual Screens

I run the game from my 1680x960 laptop and have a 1680x1050 flatscreen attached to it so I can run the internet on the laptop screen and play the game on the flatscreen. I have been able to move the cursor freely between the two screens in Windows Fullscreen mode just fine until last week. Now the game traps my cursor within the game and I have to either restart the game or switch the game to either Fullscreen or Windowed mode and then back to Windowed Fullscreen mode for it to stay. Sometimes it takes several tries of doing that for it to finally stay. The video settings don't change, it will stay say saying Windowed Fullscreen, but it acts like a complete Fullscreen by locking my cursor in the game and not allowing me to move my cursor between the two screens like it's supposed to do.

Are there any suggestions you can make for this? I've been playing since January and it didn't start until last week.
