I wanted to buy pack for 10$. I used option with credit card, i lost 1$ and nothing happen, can someone tell me why? Sorry for my bad english

After 7 hours nobody want to say anything about Pre-Purchase problem or dont want to help me. Just wanted to support GGG. This game looks amazing but for now i just need to go back to diablo.... See you in Open Beta :)

Yeah, you should get a response as soon as the business day is underway. I am sure the 1$ is an authorization to the card, why it did not process I could not tell you. An AVS mismatch (Address Verification System) is the most likely scenario.
