Isn't damage to spells bad for the EE from the Storm Brand?

Thanks for build, so far its nice, Currently almost finished story mode, have a question about RF. How do i actually use it without regen? It just 'eats' too much hp? What should be done to avoid this? Or i should use it later, just lvl up for now? | |
