Big latency on all EU servers

Hello everyone,

Since yesterday evening, i'm having a big latency ~120+ms on all EU servers. Weirdly enough, the least laggy gateway is in Russia (and i'm in FRANCE).

Here is my WinMTR :

I see a lot of packet losses but i don't know what to do with it.
My ISP is Free if it can help.

Hi guys,

till few minutes ago, I had the same issue.

Now since ~5 minutes, the latency is back to normal (10ms) for me on Frankfurt - Server.

But for example the Server in Italy (Gateway Milano) is still 130ms

My Girlfriend with the steam client, didn't have the problem at all.
(We are both connected to the same router via cable)

Problem is still present here, have a better latency in Washington DC :) 100ms vs 140ms in France

I have exactly the same problem since yesterday, i'm also in France and with free. But it's lagging only in poe everything else are working well ( games , stream...)

Having the same issue since yesterday morning (France as well), and it's only with GGG servers. Similarly, I get better connection to Moskow, D.C. and Canada. To add insult to injury, even then the connection is extremely jittery.
This is especially problematic while trying to play the Zizaran x Shopify gauntlet :(

Connecting from Turkey normally the lowest gateway ping was around 45 or so that is similar in all european servers. Since the last 2 days the lowest ping that I can get is around 120 and it is from the Russian Server. Even Canada server is providing a better ping than european servers. They are all the way up to 300 ping.

After I first write this reply I have tried the following actions in order to resolve the problem:
1. Delete POE and reinstall from Steam - it did not make any difference
2. Restart network modem
3. Reinstall network drivers
4. Reset network adapter settings
5. Reset ping and ipconfig from CMD
6. Flush DNS from CMD
7. Delete temporary files

Unfortunately, non of the trials above seem to resolve the situation.
The game is unplayable now. Please let us know about what we should do ASAP.

Please fix that ASAP

You from France and you have 80 normaly? I am from Germany and in Amsterdam I normally have 20-25.
