[3.12] Discharge CoC Jugg Staff HC

Hello, this is my first build guide.
I made a hardcore discharge CoC Jugg with the new staff. The main point of this build is to have as many power charges and endurance charges up all the time. At this point i got +8 end and +8 power. I have done t16 maps and my only problem is "slow" boss damage. I kill t16 bosses in 15 - 60 seconds. I tried phoenix and hydra but melee range on them is hard. Why jugg? its tankier than assassin and utlize endurance charges right with discharge Poe.ninja doesn't show the dps correctly because it says i have 7/7 but i have 8/8. I use because of the +1 end and + 1 power charge. The perfect weapon would be a +1 gem level, +2 lightning/cold/fire, spell damage and crit. Plus all the crit you get from passive tree on staves
Body armour:

+1 power charge and the enchant that doesn't remove discharge charges
Gloves:

Gloves with attackspeed, life and res. Preferably culling strike would be nice

Assassin mark ring for better crit against bosses. Other is life, res and chaos res. Best would be syntesised rings with + 1 charge

Flasks: I would like a bottled faith but now i use flask for curse, freeze, shock, bleed. Jewels: and jewells with crit multiplier. I also use one large jewel for life leech If anyone has tips on how to improve this build please write. I struggle with single target on bosses.
