game all messed up after the patch

This is just a few things that has been going on i have Texter misplacement and modules are all messed up as well
i even uninstalled and reinstalled hoping it would fix it but nothing   | |

that and this just happened out of the blue no warning whats so ever i even thou i had crashed but it just messed everything up
