runtime bug

ok don't details but game has crashed several times when trying to message in game last night it said runtime acted in a strange way, sorry i am very computer illiterate hope that helps, oh and i love this thanks guys i don't have a lot of money but i do plan to buy a couple beta keys 4 friends thanks again MUCH BETTER THAN D3 got screenshot of the latest incident but the post wont let me upload it
