The application was unable to start correctly.

Hey guys, I've recently got my BETA key and so did my friend. My game runs fine but we can't get his Client.exe to open after he installed the game from the MSI file.

I have tried re-installing .NET Framework, DirectX, VC++ and tried to see if it is the virus scanner blocking the program. Still having the same issue, the Client.exe just won't run with the following error:

The application was unable to start correction (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.

I've searched on these forums, tried all the fixes, nothing seems to work though. Any ideas?
