Does Imbuing Tower affects Minions too?

Does Imbuing Tower affects Minions too?
Because I'm using carrion golem right now and I want to farm Blighted Maps.

If yes, I got additional question.
Does the anoint 'Your Imbuing Towers also grant 50% increased Damage' on rings stacks?
