Inlfuence to a fractured item?

Is it possible to add conqueror influence to an item that has a fractured mod? Does the fractured status count as a type of influence? If so, could an awakener orb be used to create an item with a fractured mod and influence oc another type?

No. Fractured or synthesized seems to count as a type of influence (and not one that can be transfered via awakener orb)

Ok. But how about transferring an influence item TO a fractured item?
