how do I let poe let my mouse cursor move freely to my second monitor screen?

Just until a minute ago my mouse cursor could free go from poe to my web browser on my second monitor without minimizing the game, now it can't. I don't know changed other than I was messing around with editing my hideouts until a minute ago for the first time. How do I get the setting back so I can move between poe and my web browser on my second monitor freely again?

I don't have 2 monitors but have you tried the settings in:

Options > UI > confine mouse to window.
Uncheck the box?

If you run the game in Windowed Borderless mode you can alt tab and the game wont minimize and you can select the browser.

Also run the game in Windoed-Fullscreen.
Something about this game with 2 monitors, the game randomly changes to Fullscreen at times. I've had this happen many times over the years.
