Simulacrum Bug

Hi there, i just played a simulacrum and reached lvl 18 or 19, i beat 2 bosses and it appeares that i have 1 monster remaining. I am playing in the map for 10 mins and there is no monster. I have a video and a photo if u want to see

" GGG never restore item and i don't work for GGG. You should post the screenshot if you spot a wall-sticking monster.
