this jew must be crafted alone with alt-regal and base must be ilvl 75 i think - long craft but too expensive to buy - when craft buy 5 passive base - maxim 5
For normal jew look after crit mult - or elem crit or light crit but crit mult and cast speed
for begin vitality its 1 must even if low lvl 14/16 but 16 because blood magic
Crystal belt with str and space to craft dex - can take some str/dex on jew too

i hope its 15 ex budget now and in time can improve until final form

Until sirus its nice to switch slower projectiles with hypotermia for speed clear
Gloves best for dmg its elem weak on hit corr
Helm its nice to have BL add proj enchant
Boots nice are with tailwind and onslaught on kill

Its fast enough and have better dmg and speed clear than arc - strong enough with lower items too and dont need invest in all upgrades to can do all easy

For watcher try phasing on haste and 1 more good mod - any mod
