Templar - 3.10 Guardian - ball lightning - 3 sec Sirus kill - added CoC version - added budget version - Forum

I changed my build to this one, because i like cyclone with COC. I use Divine Ire before and had buffed 4 Million dps. Now i dont reach 1 million dps. My arc and ball lightning trigger only 1 time per second, very less. Is it the low precision leven? I dont know what to change....can someone help? Your build look well - need lvl 20 precision and use blood rage for 20 ias and for dmg RF if can but only on boss without phases or sirus last phase . https://pastebin.com/8PZSDdrj Finally got the build finished. Coming from Divine Ire, into Winter Orb. This is by far the best iteration of the build I believe. Have you looked at breakpoints for stacking so much attack speed? Also, enchants for the helm. there's many to choose from. Cyclone attack speed Arc damage arc chains ball lighting damage ball lightning fires another projectile Apart from Arc chains, costing 17ex.... is cyclone attack speed the best? So your guide is extremely confusing but it looks interesting. Is the first POB link (https://pastebin.com/LpzYVQmB) the budget version because I am still seeing 3x 5 passive voices and a watchers eye, and those are definitely not budget friendly.
