Need help with graphics card issue

I have a NVIDIA GT GeForce 520 graphics card. When i go into the game, it detects the graphics card on the list. Ive tried absolutely everything like turning the graphics as far down as physically possible, all sorts of different resolutions, updating all my drivers etc. But there is such bad framerate delay and low fps that the game is unplayable. The PC is less than a year old, i can post the specs if needed.

If it helps, on the canurunit.com website my specs are almost completely maxed out so im clueless.
