No passive points reward for Victario's Secrets on Cruel

Hi

I have completed Victario's Secrets on Cruel difficulty today and did not recieve the 2 passive points reward, only the one skill point. I turned in the quest items (statues) one at a time, but was never given the respec point(s) or book(s); turning in the 3d statue resulted in the skill book reward. If I look at the quest log it says that I have been rewarded with 2 respec points and 1 skill point, which is not correct. Not sure if this is a (new) general bug or something has gone wrong with my character in particular but help would be appreciated.
