Build Basics
This build is a Dark Runner / Fossil Farmer. That means it can run around farming Delve in the Dark.

There are NO MANDATORY items. Gear just covers Resistances, provides Evasion and makes us fast. You can replace any item(s) with others, as you see fit. I would recommend staying with Evasion bases or your defense may suffer.

How to level

I have created a Scourge Arrow Build here:

This is a work in progress, but has more than enough in place now to be able to level with Scourge Arrow and transition into the Dark Runner. Head over there to check out the leveling process, it has a TONNE of leveling information available.

How does it work?
We combine different things:
* Flask Effect and Duration scaling to sustain life
* Movement speed scaling to be fast (and help avoid hits)
* 'Nature's Boon' and Craft for 'chance to not consume flask charges'
* 'Nature's Boon' and 'Soul of Ryslatha' for free flask charges
* 'Master Surgeon' to gain flask charges on crit
* Cyclone, Fortify & Thief's torment for further life gain (QoL)
* Throwing flares to remove darkness stacks
* Evasion scaling to avoid hits (and increase speed through QotF)
* Some Dodge for further defense

Why use it?
To get fossils for crafting. Or to make currency with low initial investment and zero sustain cost once going.

Make how much currency?
Depends how you farm and sell & the time of league and Delve fossil appearance rates. The easy generic figure is 200+ chaos per hour and I would expect people that are extremely efficient to make 500+ chaos per hour. Won't this get nerfed?
Maybe. I have used this build since Delve so far. Given we are not really 'abusing' anything, without a significant flask, ascendancy and/or tree overhaul, it will just keep working. This really is quite a straight forward flask build, just aimed at Delve - there are not actually any mandatory items, just ones that work better than others (e.g. QotF).

How do I respawn Chests?
"Dark Running" is different to "Delving". When you Dark Run, you do NOT blow up walls. If you blow up a wall, then all the Chests and all the walls along that path (from start node to end node) will not respawn.

When doing the 3.10 spreadsheet update I noticed I may have doubled up on some figures in the 3.9 spreadsheet. I re-looked and think they might be out by roughly 60c. This would make them closer to 3.10 figures, but still higher.

That's because there are no mandatory uniques and in terms of passives, all we do is pick up 'Flask Effect' nodes, which the build could also live without.

It's a stupidly simple build, that relies almost entirely on the Pathfinder Ascendancy. Have no fear, I will check the patch notes and if the Pathfinder Ascendancy is changed completely away from Flasks, I can amend that note to 'Build Nerfed'. edit: Also a complete Flask rework could also break it.

I use the 3 link when in the Dark (Cyclone - Fortify - Faster Attacks), because it has a slightly cheaper mana cost.

Then I use the other 'full blown' 5L/6L Cyclone for when I need to do damage and am resetting my camera (to stack poisons for Herald of Agony).

I League Started Scourge Arrow poison. Solo gearing was fine, and it was very fun to play. It was quite squishy, so there were deaths. It felt very powerful, until I hit Red maps but I'm fairly certain that's because I didn't want to invest in a bow. I think with a decent bow, it should clean up well/easily. I think Darkscorn would be the ideal choice.

There were 2 deterrents for me:
* I want to have a super cheap version (so no to bow investment).
* The play style of Scourge Arrow channeling is sore on my hands because I play a lot.

So I ended up with an alternative that fixes both these issues and gives this build a heavy amount of damage, that you can keep even when switching into Dark Running. It feels good, it is easier to play, and it's cheap.

I will be updating the Build Guide in the coming days with more detail, but it's basically Cyclone + 2x Bino's Kitchen Knife.

EDIT: I am also working on getting updated spreadsheet data for this league.
