Animated Guardian Problem

I have a level 21 Animated Guardian. I ma all of the sudden not able to summon it. I am almost positive that it did not die. I even baught a level 5 gem and socketed it and I,m still not able to summon it.

If any of the gear you had on it was "cheap" you could try replacing that part to see if a new one gets made, that said I saw someone else on here who said they couldn't actually even make one even while casting it on gear so there could also be a bug with AG going around.
