Conquerors of the Atlas - Sirus Statistics

Hah

I would like to see rating on all after Acts bosses killed sorted by how many times..

Very curious.
For the bigger picture to navigate where Sirus is among them.

And average time of each boss type killed. And tier.

Wonder how many S8 was killed too..
And by how many accounts.

Since there are bosskillers and tons of players who cannot even get close to Sirus and be alive.

Worst fight in video game history a totally unseeable boss??? still cant find it on a black back surrounded by black death balls. Hate it and everything about it. Will not support GGG again till its fixed properly.

Very little info on the actual boss mechanics and build performance vs. Sirius, because the player base tends to get divided into two groups fairly early on

--The vast majority of players who can't consistently and reliably farm Sirius, to make observations about phase lengths, damage types and DOT intensity, cues, etc.
--The small percent of players who farm and carry Sirus. The single most important feature of these players is, almost universally, they have massive DPS and kill him fast enough that no reliable observations can be made about his attack sequences, stage bonuses, and cues.

This is true of most bosses in the game. Either your build is powerful enough to finish the encounter in a few seconds, with little to no adjustment needed for different boss cheats, or you struggle and sometimes never see the final stages of a given encounter.

And like most of us, when you kill a given boss dozens of times without putting much thought or mechanical skill into it, it hardly occurs to you to step back and watch what that boss does if you hadn't killed him right away.

Especially if there's a lot of needless clutter and splashy FX going on during the battle. the Sirus battle is the poster child for clutter and excessive noise, and even more so with minion builds being the most popular for endgame.

Clearly the stats here are being presented in such a way as to generate a news post. The news post appears to be "hey Sirus has a better K/D ratio than you!"

It's not clear there's any real information of value to the players in that statement, or in the data that's provided. It's just gloating. "We made a badass boss! Look how many players die before a Sirius dies!" Meanwhile, we don't know what percent of total players have even attempted it, or how many players are among the fraction of a percent who have killed Sirus multiple times.

It is pretty sad how dead HC has become.

Too many one shot mechanics, and mechanics that are over the limit on network and graphics. There's a critical mass for a viable economy and not enough people are close enough to the servers with high end rigs.
After the challenges and ascendencies thread and how you throw BOTS into the playerbase pool as if they were real players to inflate the playerbase number..

I don't trust on your numbers anymore.
"Parade your victories, hide your defeats. Mortals are so insecure."

Once you break the cycle of fear no angels or demons can whisper you their sweet nothing words.

Retired since crucible.(Not a free tester anymore for a multi billion dollar company).
These numbers assume all the leagues have the same number of people playing. You need to divide by the number of people playing to get accurate rates that can be compared between the leagues. Per capita statistics are a good example why you need to divide by population.

In Metamorph SSF, it's even greater, coming in at just shy of 5 character deaths per Sirus kill. In Metamorph HC, for every Sirus kill, just fewer than 0.13 characters died, or in other words, approximately 1 in 8 characters that attempted Sirus died. This number is significantly lower than that of the non-HC leagues due to the fact that you can only die a single time to Sirus in HC. One would also expect that characters attempting Sirus in HC leagues would be much more prepared and thus more likely to succeed. Similarly, in Metamorph HC SSF, for every Sirus kill, just more than 0.2 characters died, or, approximately 1 in 5 characters that attempted Sirus died. The power offered by having the ability to trade nearly doubled the success rate of HC characters.

In HC, players are just more used to leave game before die.

Your stats does not count failed try , and in HC the failed try have to be count as player kill.

GGG took some numbers, made some good calculations to explain something but the results are wrong.

Nothing else.

Make sure you use a jewel that has Corrupted Blood on it. And make sure on the wave where he spawns a red cloud you guide it away from the entrance so if you die when you come back in it’s not in your way. But Corrupted Blood is a must or you will die.
