How "honest" do you feel the RNG in POE actually is?

The universe is definitely not infinite. It is still expanding after all, cant expand if you don't have boundaries, lol

But if it can expand infinitely doesnt it make universe infinite?
First off there is no 100% proof that it'll keep doing that and not start shrinking at some point. Second, no matter how much it expands there will always be an end to it so no.

I started playing this game about a month or so ago so I have not invested much money into it. I recently purchased some points for stash tabs and not even 20 minutes later I got my first exalt. I purchased more points for more stash tabs 2 days ago got another exalt, two 6 link drops, 3 ancient orbs and about 4 div cards worth 50-60c.

in most games i've purchased mtx in I always got better drops, I assumed it was the same on every game these days lol. It also could be a a huge coincidence as well. Who knows.

if so many player have that kind of experice what shoul we thnk ?
pretty honest TBH, in terms of exalts i would say i usually get a few per league(drop only) and that is between none over a league or 4+, seems pretty random to me...i don't even put that much time in.

You example of a div card is literally only showing you having good luck with RNG and since you never experienced the unlucky side of it you are knee jerking to claim that GGG blocked drops or some shit...they did not.

a couple years ago I farmed the Porcupine card (back before quill rain was nerfed) and had much the same experience, having farmed almost all the cards in a grindy but manageable 8 or 9 hours for almost the whole set; I then went 12 hours without dropping a card which to put into perspective is about how long most people report taking to farm an entire SET. The distinctly abrupt wall I seem to hit feels a lot like Anti botting code, or "player retention" code meant to string out how long it takes for players to farm cards that aren't uncommon but give potentially "end game" items. Because these are not extremely rare cards the wall you hit FEELS distinctly artificial even if its theoretically possible to be "bad luck" Consistent and artificial feeling "bad luck" streaks that only seem to involve cards for 1 off end game items feel suspect. Dishonest feel in a game about grinding is REALLY OFF PUTTING. I'm not saying there shouldn't be bad luck streaks, but having a 20x less drop rate suddenly kick in is just pure frustration. A card that's dropping 2 per hour taking 2 or 3 hours to drop is one thing, suddenly taking 14 hours is not in the same universe as honest good faith RNG regardless of probability that it might happen once in a while.

I noticed this at league start. Got 95% of cards in the first few hours. Last few cards took 10 hours. Could be just RNG, but it sure felt like ani-bot code.

if you have an infinite void of space... you can expand infinitely pretty easily

This is actually not correct. First of all, "space" (as we know it) only exists within the universe itself. There is no boundary because there is nothing (or rather: non-space, no kind of space we could fathom; at least as far as we know) on the "outside" so there is nothing to expand into. So even if you could look at this "boundary" from whereon there is no more space, you would only see more space.
Second, which ties into first, it was mathematically proven that the universe expands faster than lightspeed. But for information to travel inside the universe lightspeed is the upper limit. Therefore, even if there was one, you could never see the boundary, because you would see more space because the universe has already expanded further than the point you were about to look at.
So the universe is actually infinite for everything inside it.
Hold on to yer shite load o´ bloody barnacles on me arse-cockles, me hearty!

So you don't consider the possibility of us eventually finding a way to travel faster than lightspeed?
