it would safely beat dominion's w/ all that resist, even though the ES is ever so slightly lower.

Damn... that belt.
With lightning resist and weapon ele that might be one of the best CI/Shav belts ever, but even when you roll something else it's pretty fucking amazing.

Am i overly critical of what items i would personally use a mirror on? Or is there a SUBSTANTIAL amount of wiggle room for mirroring items due to the reality that you really are not going to get a damn near perfect item on HC? in addition to that ... do some people not understand what the point of this thread actually is? Using a mirror on an item is a HUGE investment. you dont just randomly mirror a 'pretty decent item', you mirror THE BEST items that you can find. There are a number of items posted on here that are great items (dont get me wrong they are REALLY great items) but my noob self sees a pretty 'meh' base item, with one of 2 pretty 'meh' mods on it, and only 1 or 2 mods that actually ARE amazing. Its mostly the non chest armours that im seeing which i question.

If i had a mirror, i would see these items and think to myself. "I could do better ... just use alterations and regal orbs to get an item exactly like this, maybe even better. and for ALOT LESS than spending my mirror. I can save the mirror for later when i find a MUCH better item"

These items may be perfect for you, but to be worthy of a using a mirror doesnt an item need to be allaround amazing for almost anyone? not just those handfull of people with a mirror that need exactly the stats your item offers?

Its amazing to be sure, but isnt a wander mostly interested in the hp, accuracy, dex and the light damage? and arent those pretty low damage and HP rolls? How many wanders only need 300ish armour and just fire resist on their gloves? Its just very very specific for YOU. I would have a hard time justifying using a mirror on these.
