[Xbox One] 3.9.1 Hotfix Patch Notes

I'm also seeing the older patch version messaging, but I've seen a lot more eye drops in the past few days.

W8 W8 W8... I knows this is april fool event right?? You will add today fixes for:
- FPS dramatical drops
- Freezes
- unplayable blight maps will be playable
- higher tiers many monsters freez fps down
- and maybe other little fixes

Check the version in the corner, I'm pretty sure they released the update but didn't update the title screen message.
