Constant fps spikes

I have almost constant fps spiker or what are they called.Basically game runs around 100 fps,then randomly drops to 5-6 fps for a moment then it goes back to 100.It is really unpleasant to play that way.Sometimes it happens when monster drops items,sometimes it happens when i just run around.I tried playing on lowest settings,vsync on and off.Nothing helped.
I have Intel i7 2630qm Nvidia 540m 2gb 8gb ram. Windows 7 64bit

I believe this is a known problem with some assets not being able to be preloaded - We intend to improve it in future, make loading a little smoother. Sorry for the trouble!
