Unable to enter Merciless Forest Encampment on American Portal

The title pretty much says it all. I can't get into the Forest Encampment on Merciless from the American portal. If I log into the European portal and then move to another town, I'm able to log into the American portal just fine. As soon as I try to go back to town in A2 Merciless, though, I get hung loading.

This is an issue we're aware of - At the moment, it'll fix itself in time, once every player has left that town.
