Unlimited fire arrow

I tested the free weekend open beta and i noticed where I get to fire unlimited fire arrows even when my mana is depleted. The damage different between using fire arrow at full mana and no mana is the same. On the other hand electricity is working as intend. I can't use electricity shot when my man is at zero but if fire arrow is intentional than its a darn good feature to have. side note: not sure if this has been reported. It should still be firing a regular arrow when at no mana, but it'll not be doing the extra Burning damage! Have tested this on our end, and it doesn't seem to be doing extra burning damage.
