The fallen courts - Infinite load screen (unable to get to maps)

Hi i've just completed act 10 and am working through the prologue quests that introduce you to maps, when i get to the part that needs me to go through the fallen courts I get a load screen into a disconnect, i have attached a video of me doing this if that helps.

Hi just chiming in again to say that the problem resolved itself but I didn't change anything so Sorry if you googled and got here looking for a answer and did not get one.
