I cant enter to Chamber Of Sins level 2

Hi, I have a problem when I try to enter Chamer Of Sins Level 2.

I already did the quest in maligaro's map and its says that I have access to the second level but when I try to enter it says that it failed joining the instance and I cant advance, I already restarted the instance, the game but the problem persist, please help!
