Game seem bugier and bugier every new league

I can understand lags and freezes of up to a few minutes due to my POG ISP, I've learned to fight bosses with 10 seconds lags

But since yday I had multiple disconnects(over 100), areas that can't load and disconnect you consistently and also the game refuses to start after clicking play- the splash screen with the 2 spinning gears just stays for several minutes

my MTR numbers are OK
