Withering Step bound to left mouse key disables movement in Lioneye's Watch

Default binding on left mouse key is default attack, falling back to movement if clicking on ground.

When you bind left click to i.e. Withering Step you wont be able to move using left clicking anymore in Lioneye's Watch and possibly other areas where one's not allowed to cast.

Works fine in hideout and dungeons.

Reconfiguring left key binding every time one goes to town is annoying.
