Website: São Paulo have incorrect time

It is currently GMT-2 in the website, but the correct is GMT-3.
I believe the error is due the fact that this year, Brazil didn't went for daylight savings. I'm glad I double checked, otherwise i would lose 1 hour from launch day. Last bumped on Dec 13, 2019, 8:07:50 AM
