Focus stops channeling now? Since when?

So right till about 2 days ago I had no issues with Focus. I could use it when channeling and I would continue channeling.
Right now I get a freeze frame where my cyclone would stop to what looks like a cast. But... Focus is, or should be, instant. Is anyone getting the same thing?
