Can't download patch and play game

So I was playing a while when the server message came up saying that the server will be reset in about 3 mins. When the time came, I was booted to the log in menu, so I decided to wait for the patch. I tried launching the client a few minutes later but I get the "Connection Failure" message box. Is anyone getting this same problem? is the server still getting the patch?
