Computer is GLOWING since update

Before the update my cooler wont even start.
Now my Laptop is hot all the time. I play over an year with it without problems on default. Changing all settings to low and reducing resolution changed nothing. I even changed dynamic resolution to targeted framerate 20. I play the same char as before, so no new effects on screen. CPU is at 35%-40% GPU is at around 95% what can i do? Im bad at math. In-game vysnc is most likely disabled.
If you are playing PoE in windowed fullscreen, it will ignore any sort of vsync settings from GPU options. E/g i have my global vync set to adaptive through nvidia interface, but it only applies to PoE if the game is run in fullscreen. No rest for the wicked.

" probably a week to 10 days ago my client downloaded something before i could launch the game. other than that your right, i was playing in windowed fullscreen (i dont even know the difference) and vsync disabled. will see tomorrow if that helps over a few hours (although thats the setup i was using the whole time) CPU now around 50% GPU around 60% thanks so far!
