Haunted Mansion Hideout bugged

After receiving the notification (top right corner of screen) that the Haunted Hideout was unlocked, went over to Helena and it is not there as an option.
I logged out and back on, still not there. Bug reference no: 2,263,593,323  Last bumped on Jan 4, 2020, 1:18:08 AM
