Technical Support - 300 Ping (Australia) and Failed to Connect to Instance Errors. - Forum

I raised this with out Aussie provider, and they have made some adjustments. Any improvement?

It was all looking good for a few maps, but now it seems that instances hosted from 168.1.82.xxx are good while instances hosted from 130.198.89.xxx are still exhibiting the same issue.

It looks like there might be a problem with Telstra's backhaul or something. Perhaps during peak times, as I can't reproduce this now (ping from that server to your address is around 30ms).
