Dissconected failed to connect to instance

I cant load into any instance since 2 days ago regardless of league and character used, I have reinstalled poe (using steam version) deleted the appdata as well for a clean wipe and reinstalled steam.

I'm using the Australian realm (for some reason it says it has 300ish ping??) i managed to temp fix it by changing to the japan realm but after 1 instance or town it goes back to disconnected no matter which realm I'm in.

using an Ethernet cable rather than wifi and no network problems on any other game.

I used the winMTR debug thing as well the paste bin is here https://pastebin.com/F3cR3muC

haven't had anything noteworthy happen to cause this besides maybe a few alt f4s due to bs or something coming up.

Same here, I'm unable to play after successfully logged in using the Australian realm (285ms).
I tried with Japan realm (244ms) and it seems to be working fine.
I'm from Australia.
As if by magic it fixed itself after a few router resets and in the end I'm still not 100% sure what caused it due to all the other games i play like mordhau ark overwatch etc had no issues or higher ping now it says the aus realm has 33 ping and working fine. im thinking maybe poe thought the router was connecting from some other country by poe or router issue and caused an error? that being said its hot af here so maybe a overheat?.
I am having the same issues(authenticated/DNC and high ping) here since this morning, Aus server.
Winmtr report as follows.

Yes, restarting the router solved the issue, now the ping is 23ms from Australia gateway.
