If you are not satisfied, the only thing to do is to contact the support directly at support@grindinggear.com SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.

You didn't "invest into GGG". You bought products. The products were delivered. That's the end of the transaction.
If you wanted to buy products that included forum titles, you were free to do that instead, but you didn't. Consider doing that next time, I guess? And perhaps, if any of your point purchases were recent, you could talk to GGG about their standing offer to allow, I think, 80% of points purchases in one league to count as credit toward a supporter pack. |
