Technical Support - I didn't get the free box after spending points. - Forum

Hi, I just bought essence stash tab (via webpage, not in game), logged in to open my box.. to find out I didn't get any. Is there some time you have to wait to get the box? With promotion like this in the past as far as I remember, I got the box right after the purchase. So.. Should I wait some time for it to appear, or should I just contact support about it?
