2019 11 04 need game from a ggg employee

every time i try to play my instances crash and its ruining the game for me please please please reply to help me fix this problem.

But then you need to post the following first -->
1. Full DXDiag report.
2. Info when the game crash for you --> like screenshot if it crash with an error or info from client.txt
3. WinMTR report against the PoE gateway you use to login.
4. Are you using stand-alone client or steam client?
5. Did you already run the packcheck command?

I am sorry I am not computer savvy enough to know what most of that is nor do i know how to do it.

I would really appreciate any and all help you could give me in this matter iv tried all i could think of but to no avail.
