WTB Elementalist build, Spending up to 10 Ex

I'm looking for an Elementalist build good at clear speed, I don't want any Golem builds please.
Whole gear setup only, I don't feel like buying each item seperatly.
Could you post what you have, how much, and if possible a pic of each item, or a link to what the toon wears.
