No Sound FX playing for Corrupted Blood

I can hear it when I am playing without problems and my sound setup in PoE is set to medium.
What does it sound like?

OK so I did it. Here's 3 videos. Two focus on Corrupted Blood, and a third shows an issue with Bleed. Note I have no audio issues at all and run in High channel count.

CORRUPTED BLOOD SOUND FX ISSUE
First Video - no narration
https://youtu.be/O0FWURD4QOg
Timestamp: 0:38 - Good example - you hear "something" but can't differentiate it from other sound FX.

Second Video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4bAMW56oboc
3:13 - Small Group - Narration
5:25 - Death - no sound at all (big stack) - BEST EXAMPLE OF THE PROBLEM

BLEED SOUND FX ISSUE
So this isn't corrupted blood, but this emphasizes what happens when we have no sound FX for things we should - plus I think this may be a bug as I had bleed but that "squishy" sound wasn't playing. This is another great example of no real visual (other than falling health) or audio letting you know you're bleeding out.

1:25 - No sound as bleed out. Another issue.

I hope this helps!

I've noticed other sounds (like item filter drop sounds, have recording) don't play sometimes when a lot of other actions (and sounds) are occurring. The corrupted blood sound not playing issue might be related if it's only missed during 'dense sound events'? Still, it seems like 'que' sounds (sounds that inform the player of danger) like this should have higher priority than other sounds.
I've been playing a lot since the patch dropped; more than 10 different builds (Melee, Ranged, Caster, Minion). I've never heard a sound informing me I had Corrupted Blood. The new FX simply doesn't work and needs to be fixed. And the Bleeding example also shows there's a problem with that as well.

Thank you for the report, I've passed this on to get investigated.

Any updates on this? It's still an issue. I admit I can hear slight "claw" like sound, but it's easily drown out depending on what you're fighting (and often is impossible to hear in busy fight situations).

The Sound FX for this definitely needs to change. Even listening for it, I can't hear it half of the time and I'm wearing headphones.

The Corrupted blood sound FX problem continues to be an issue, especially playing a Impale Bleed Bow Gladiator - one cannot hear the "tear" sounds above the normal blood/bleed sounds while playing this build.

This is a big problem and I'm astounded that it hasn't been fixed. The Sound FX for corrupted blood needs to be changed to something that sounds unique; a tear sound isn't enough and it gets drowned out with the other sound FX.

There's a very specific reason why the Sound FX of volatile blood is so loud and unique.

GGG acknowledged that a lack of auditory notification of Corrupted Blood was a problem, which is why the Sound FX was added.

Sadly, the current FX is pretty much useless; it might as well have never been done.

This really needs to be addressed since the adjustment doesn't work. At all.

Hey GGG any update on this issue? It's been almost two months since we last heard anything.
