If you put your listening ears on and watch the video, Chris mentions future fragments will be supported for this tab.

This is not misleading, in fact, quite the opposite of misleading.

It IS misleading and misrepresents actual product.
It's impossible to know the actual contents of the CURRENT Fragments tab without digging into outdated preview video comments or old reddit threads that barely mentioned this.

There is no way vague phrase "future fragments will be supported for this tab" will ever be better for purchase decision than actual screenshot\video preview. And normally it should take only few man-hours to update those. In GGG case it takes many weeks.

Of course you are free to white knight and defend this clear mismanagement, but current situation is simply unfriendly to players who might consider this purchase.

Dude, listen to the words spoken in the video.

It is not misleading. Pick another word, because that one doesn't work.

The VIDEO isn't misleading. The IMAGE is. I don't disagree that they've kept their word and done well updating the tab. Their marketing should reflect that reality.

Again, as I said above, it's about the low-information consumer. You want to make it as mind-numbingly easy as possible for them to understand your product. The consumer shouldn't have to wonder "Did they actually include Legion splinters/emblems? What about new scarabs? " Etc. SHOW THEM.

The thing that is actually misleading here in this thread is the fact that this is a thread of a returning unnecessary Mystery Box and Stash Tab sale (which is each and every month), but everyone makes it about one single Stash Tab which also is in the Stash Tab sale, and people are still saying things that was said over a year ago regarding one specific Stash Tab. Why not make a Thread called: Complaints about single or Multiple Stash Tabs when on SALE Thread. Instead of ranting page upon page on an announcement for Stash Tab Sale.

Make that thread and even make it PINNED so it can be used for each and every time when it is Stash Sale. And rant away in that.

sadly this happens all the time.

good players try to give important and needed feedback to the company, and some other players refuse to have it, and defend and brown nose the company.

stop defending what the company does that is wrong.

this information is needed so that GGG can improve and not think that the mistakes they make are ok.

true feedback is vital to a company.

stop harassing those players that tell GGG what they need to be told.
